What to expect?

Mindfulness has many positive benefits for our mental and physical well-being.

Life can be so busy we sometimes forget to stop and be in the present moment. Mindfulness helps us to become more aware of our thoughts and emotions, as we learn to not judge our internal experiences.

Within this session, we will be focusing on spending time reconnecting with our thoughts, feelings and body, focusing on breathing and grounding techniques.

Whether you wish to learn more about mindfulness, learn new skills to take forward or if you just want an hour out of your busy week, this group is for you!

 

Where, who and when?

We will meet every 1st Wednesday of the month at Massage therapy rooms by Aimee, Birkdale, PR8 4PE.

We will be in a calming space and there will be a maximum of 6 people each session

You can book now on our website by following the book now button. Money is collected through PayPal. 

If there are any problems paying through PayPal but you are interested in joining, please get in touch.

If I am late, what shall I do?

We will be starting at 7pm, if you are running 5 minutes late, you will be able to join. If you are later than this, unfortunately you will not be able to join and you will not be refunded due to our cancellation policy.

I need to cancel, what do I do?

If you are unable to make the session you have booked, if you cancel a week before the session, you can swap your place to another mindfulness group.

If you cancel before a week's notice, you are eligible to a full refund.
