Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes to an hour.

Therapy is offered face 2 face Mondays from 6pm and online Saturday 10-1pm.

After you've had your free consultation and if you want to go ahead, you will be offered your first therapy session. Here we will discuss you current experiences, goals for therapy and understand your needs further. We also will discuss what the sessions will look like over the time we have together. 

It is completely understandable that you feel this way, it can be quite daunting! Our goal is to provide a safe environment where you are able to explore your experiences and not feel judged. I offer a free consultation before we start sessions to see if I am the right fit for you and this gives you an opportunity to get to know me as well as understanding more about therapy itself 

I understand that life is busy and sometimes things happen that we don't expect. We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. If you're unable to make it, we ask you to let us know as soon as you can. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of your session.
